Walk through SharePoint sharing reports with IT. Identify the top three oversharing risks. Decide whether you need a Purview cleanup before pilot.
Block 2 — Use cases (30 min)
With 3–5 business leads, list the 10 most painful repeatable tasks per role. Score for frequency and AI fit.
Block 3 — Pilot group (30 min)
Pick 15–25 willing, vocal users across 2–3 functions. They will define your rollout narrative more than any deck.
